Guy Geva was born in 1973, and has a B.Sc. in physics from Tel-Aviv

University. He has been painting in oil colors since he was 13 years old.

He practiced under the instruction of the artist Shimon Avni and specialized

in realism, oil and aquarelle. He also studied art theory at the Open-

Univesity.

  

Today Guy masters in variety of techniques, including sketching, pastels,

oil, acrylic and aquarelle .He also teaches painting and sketching from his

house (since 1997).

 

During the last few years he became acquainted with the Buddhist world and

started focusing on Buddhist painting. Guy uses the Buddhist painting as a

meditative tool to create inner nirvana.

  

Guy has been taking part in group-exhibitions since the age of 17 and has 

presented several single-exhibitions since then.
